I'm Robert Keefer and I have been practicing law since in Harrisonburg, VA since 1983. Over the last 23 years I have routinely appeared in Rockingham County and Harrisonburg City General District and Circuit Courts in order to represent my clients. I have handled hundreds of traffic cases, both reckless driving and driving under the influence.

I have completed the International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP)/National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) approved student course in administration of standardized field sobriety tests, (NHTSA Certified Field Sobriety Test Examiner) in Texas (2006); and I am one of a few IACP/NHTSA Certified Field Sobriety Instructors in the State of Virgina, having received the Field Sobriety Instructor distinction under Defense Consultants Walden, Platt and Associates, in San Antonio, Texas(2006).

I have also completed the DOT Certified Breath Technician course in the Intoxilyzer 5000.

In addition I attended the National College for DUI Defense's summer term presented at Harvard University, Summer 2006.
